Products & Services

Tunnel pickling plants with manipulators and mono rail pickling lines plants
Steuler Surface Technology supplies medium and high throughput capacity tunnel pickling lines for treating wire, wire rod and tubes using a discontinuous dipping process. The process runs within a sealed tunnel in order to prevent the escape of corrosive gases, thus protecting both staff and equipment.

Roll pickling plants
Steuler Plant Engineering supplies roll pickling plants, primarily for processing sheets, profiles, rods etc. In addition to reducing chemical consumption during the downstream descaling process and can be fed back into the manufacturing process as a raw material.

Autoclave pickling plants
Steuler autoclave pickling plants for treating e.g. pipes. The items to be pickled are not transported through the various treatment baths, but rather loaded into the autoclave. Each of the required treatment solutions is then automatically added and removed according to a predefined programme.
