For our combined steel-ceramic design in zirconium oxide we exclusively use high grade ceramic material. The ceramic materials distinguish themselves by the extreme high wear resistant, high density, ultra small grain structure, and super polished and pore free surface. Depending on the application we can equip the drawing capstans and cones in various materials, material combination, and coatings:
