We offer a specifi c developed wire guide pulley assortment in standardized sizes from 25 mm to 1,200 mm OD. Our standard guide pulleys assortment includes kaskading pulleys for secure wire guiding and pulleys with cylindrical ground for multi wire applications.

We manufacture guide pulleys in different geometrical shapes and of different materials:

• Aluminum with high wear resistant coatings

• Steel with high wear resistant coating

• Harden steel

• Special designs in combined steel/ceramic or solid ceramic made of alumina, zirconium, or silica oxide ceramic

Depending on the application we manufacture well proven and high wear resistant coatings electrically conductive or non-conductive.
